When you finalize your booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all other conditions provided to you during the booking process.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is (or becomes) invalid or unenforceable, it will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law; you will still be bound by the other provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are presented as follows:

In the event of any discrepancy between the General and Specific Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
a. About SUBLIME CÔTE D'IVOIRE
When you book a hotel, residence, or tourist activity, SUBLIME CÔTE D'IVOIRE provides you with the platform for which it is responsible, namely its website visitsublimeci.com. Therefore, we are not responsible for your travel experience.
• When you book a rental car, private transportation, or public transportation, Sublime Côte d'Ivoire provides you with the platform for which it is responsible, namely its website visitsublimeci.com. Therefore, we are not responsible for your travel experience.
b. Our Platform
• We make every effort to provide you with our platform, but we cannot guarantee that all the information it contains is accurate. The service providers who use our platform enter their information to allow you to access information about the services they offer. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for errors, interruptions, or missing information, although we make every effort to correct/repair them as soon as the information is reported to us.
• We are not responsible for the terms and conditions between you and the service provider. The service provider is solely responsible for the travel experience they offer on our platform.
• To make a booking, you must create an account and provide the necessary information. For a better experience and efficient processing of your requests, please ensure you enter your correct information. Also, feel free to update your information as needed (e.g., change of bank card, change of contact details). You are responsible for your account and all activity on it. Therefore, do not allow anyone else to use it and please keep your username and password confidential.
c. Our Rates
• By making a reservation, you agree to pay the price of the travel experience, including all applicable fees and taxes.
• Obvious errors are not binding. For example, if you book a car or a night in a hotel or residence that was mistakenly offered for 100 FCFA instead of 100,000 FCFA, we will ensure that the provider cancels the reservation and makes a new one for you whenever possible.
d. Payment
• For certain bookings/services, the service provider may require a deposit to confirm your reservation. This deposit represents 50% of the total booking amount. This applies to all our service providers.
• You can pay for your bookings on the platform using Mobile Money or Credit Card.
e. Terms and Conditions
• By making a booking, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions as displayed on the service provider's information page and during the booking process.
• The cancellation policy of each service provider and all other conditions (age, security deposits, group booking surcharges, extra beds, breakfast, pets, accepted cards, etc.) are available on the service provider's information page.
If you cancel a reservation or do not show up, cancellation/no-show fees and any refunds will depend on the Provider's cancellation/no-show policy.
