La Fourchette de Rōze is a boutique hotel founded and owned by New York-based chef Roze Traoré and his family based in Côte d'Ivoire.
The hotel is located on the stunning beaches of Grand Bassam, in Côte d'Ivoire. A gem of West Africa known both for its unique history as a former capital and historic trading post, and now as a welcoming seaside resort.
The property features 20 rooms including 8 standard single rooms, 7 premium standard rooms, 4 classic suites, and 1 sumptuously appointed presidential suite, offering a variety of pool or ocean views, as well as 13 beachfront bungalows. In addition, we offer access to two on-site restaurants curated by Rōze Traoré.
